Privacy Policy – DURAN Ads (internal tool)

DURAN Strategy Design Innovation (“DURAN”, “we”) operates DURAN Ads, an internal tool that our team uses to report on and manage the Google Ads accounts of our clients. These accounts are linked to our Google Ads manager account. The tool is not offered to the public or to third parties.
Data we access. With the Google Ads API we access campaign settings, performance data, keywords, search terms, ads and change history of the Google Ads accounts we manage for our clients. When a team member signs in with Google, we receive their name and email address.
How we use it. We use this data only to report on, optimise and manage our clients’ advertising, as agreed with each client. Every change to an account is approved by a DURAN team member before it is made.
Google user data. DURAN Ads’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as needed to provide the service to the client it belongs to.
Storage and security. Access tokens and credentials are stored encrypted. We keep only proposals, approvals and an audit log of changes. Reporting data is fetched when needed and not kept beyond short-lived caches.
Revoking access. You can revoke DURAN Ads’ access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
